Building on the water calls for a specialized approach, and every grade change on this property was handled with that in mind. Custom decking and engineered retaining structures were installed to open up usable square footage along the slope while leaving the shoreline’s natural character intact. Aerial drone shots show how the levels frame the lake views, giving you clear sightlines from the upper deck down to the water’s edge.
